Here it is—hope everyone will enjoy this venue for our class news and reunion celebration updates. It will be done with the click of a button.
There are many other advantages to using a blog:
- Several committee members will be able to post/update directly without sending information to me to be added to existing web pages.
- It is interactive! All class members are encouraged to write comments with news or greetings. (Click on "Comments" at the end of a post.) This has been set to allow everyone to comment without the necessity of registering. Please indicate who you are as the post may show as "anonymous."
- Our blog is NOT searchable by the search engines -- thus our privacy is assured.
- Our blog is 'public' -- meaning it can be viewed by anyone who actually knows the web address (URL). Again, it will be be found by using a search engine.
- Photos can be placed on this our front page. Please send your photos and news to me for posting—if you would rather not include it in "Comments."
- Our blog can easily include links to other sites. Currently there are links on the right to our previous class pages and trips down Memory Lane. It would be great to include links to other class members' web pages, blogs, and/or photo galleries.
